Registration has begun!
Leagues are only open until they are filled. The cost is $75 before November 1st and $85 after.
Evaluation Day Saturday, November 6th 9:30 am to 5:00 pm
Upward Evaluations begin at 10 am. Volunteers need to arrive at 9:30 am. Volunteers are needed to register people,uniform sizing, greeting people, and to do drills. If you can help for all or part of the day, please see Peggy Garrison. Evaluations end at 4:00 pm, but help may be needed cleaning up.
Weather: If Charles County Schools or after- school activities are cancelled on practice
nights, practice will be cancelled that night. If there is inclement weather on Game Day, please call the church office one hour before your game and select the “Upward” option and there will be a recording letting you know if games are cancelled. Church office

Centrikid is a summer camp for students currently in the 4th through 6th grade. Parents should have received a letter last month detailing camp information. The cost is $250 and a $50 deposit is due no later than Sunday, January 30th. For more information or if you did not receive a letter, please see Tammy Gordon or call the church office.
All About Kids Camp
June 19—24, 2011
1st through 6th Grade
The cost is $125 if you sign up by May 28th. The cost for church members is $95 until May 28th, then it will go up to $105. We have a limit of 70 kids and we are opening up to Upward and other churches. You will need to reserve your child’s spot with a $25 deposit by March 1st. Please be sure deposit is placed in an envelope designated for “All About Kids” along with your child’s name and the amount. See Debbie Kempson for more information. This camp will be held here starting Sunday the 19th from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Kids will participate in music, Bible study, drama, creative movement, and will end the week with a performance on Friday night. Lamplight Artists, in partnership with the BCMD runs the camp, but we will need many volunteers to assist. If you want to help please call the church office or see Debbie Kempson.

Cost: $150.00 plus 3 meals
Youth, 7th through 12th grade, will leave Friday the 18th as soon as kids get out of school and return Sunday afternoon in time for discipleship. A $40 deposit is due by February 13th.The cost covers the conference, hotel, and dinner Friday night. Breakfast is included at the hotel Saturday and Sunday morning. In addition to the $150, money for lunch and dinner on Saturday and lunch on Sunday will be needed, as well as money for souvenirs if desired.
